Rich Swier, a serial entrepreneur with multiple exits, was the co-founder of offrs.com, acquired by Constellation Software in 2019. After the acquisition, he experimented with new uses of AI technology. He built the first version of RAIA, which was an A.I. Agent designed for the real estate vertical. This A.I. Agent helps agents score incoming leads (i.e. prospective sellers), answer customer questions and schedule appointments without human intervention. RAIA provided a return on investment of up to 10x while being over 80% cheaper to train and deploy than alternatives. After building a significant customer base in real estate, Rich quickly saw that with further investment, the A.I. agent could be used in other verticals.
